About Orthobiosis

A preventive-health platform built on respect for your intelligence.

Orthobiosis means right living. We turn nutrition, movement, sleep, mind, environment, screening and family routines into practical daily action — separating established guidance from emerging science, and never trading in fear or hype.

OUR MISSION

Most health advice tells people what to avoid. Orthobiosis shows people how to live — one evidence-informed, realistic action at a time, within their real social and economic context.

WHAT WE ARE NOT

Not a wellness blog, not supplement marketing, not a source of miracle claims or unnecessary testing culture. We never claim that lifestyle alone cures disease, and we always say when to see a doctor.

Why I built Orthobiosis

I kept seeing the same gap. In clinics and in the community, most of what shapes long-term health happens long before anyone reaches a doctor — in how we eat, move, sleep, manage stress, and live within our environment. Yet good, honest, non-commercial guidance on right living was scattered, oversimplified, or buried under wellness hype.

Orthobiosis is my attempt to fix that: a calm, serious, evidence-informed home for preventive health that speaks to people's intelligence. It explains the mechanism, separates what is established from what is emerging, respects real budgets and households, and always points to a clinician when that is the right step. It is built for individuals, for families, for students and health workers, and for the public-health professionals who carry prevention to the community.

My promise is simple — no fear, no fluff, no miracle claims. Just the why, the mechanism, and one realistic action you can take today.

Where our guidance comes from

Every medical guide is written to carry references, a last-reviewed date, an evidence-level badge, a medical disclaimer and a red-flag box. We prefer official guidelines, high-quality reviews and recognised public-health institutions — and we never fabricate citations.

{{ s }}

For India-specific nutrition, screening and NCD context we prioritise ICMR-NIN, MoHFW, the National Health Mission and FSSAI. For emerging longevity topics we clearly distinguish human clinical evidence from animal, mechanistic or hypothesis-generating evidence. This is a demonstration build — in production, each claim links to a specific citation.
